Buying from us
We buy, consolidate and deliver goods against one purchase order. You deal with one registered vendor instead of many shops, and you get one complete set of paperwork.
General supplies, electronics and IT, office stationery, appliances, and furniture and fixtures. Beyond those categories, our mandate covers any legally permissible goods, so send us the item and we'll source it to your specification.
Yes, and most lists are mixed. Toner, chairs and a split AC can sit on the same quotation and the same purchase order.
Send your BoQ, tender document or item list through the enquiry form, by email or by WhatsApp. We review the scope and return an itemised quotation on company letterhead, with prices and lead times.
We don't set a fixed minimum. Send the list, and if the quantity makes it hard for us to price competitively, we'll tell you plainly.
Terms are stated on the quotation and confirmed on your purchase order. We invoice your organisation so your accounts team can pay through its normal channels.
Tenders & documents
Yes. We respond to tenders and requests for quotation from public-sector departments and corporate buyers. Send us the bidding documents and we'll quote against your schedule of requirements.
Our SECP incorporation details (CUIN 0340707), NTN J243879 and active taxpayer status. If your form asks for anything further, send it to us and we'll answer it directly.
An itemised quotation, a signed delivery challan, an invoice, tax documents and warranty papers where the manufacturer provides a warranty.
Search CUIN 0340707 on the SECP website and NTN J243879 on FBR's Active Taxpayers List. Both are public records. All our particulars are on the Company page, ready to copy.
Delivery & quality
Yes. We coordinate delivery across Pakistan and put the delivery window in writing on the quotation.
Goods are supplied to the specification on your purchase order and inspected before dispatch. Any substitute needs your approval first.
We supply brand-authentic goods and hand over the manufacturer's warranty papers. If there's a problem later, call us and we'll deal with it from there.
Indenting
Indenting means buying from an overseas manufacturer through a local agent. The manufacturer sells to you directly, and the agent handles sourcing, offers and follow-up here in Pakistan.
On a general order you buy from us and pay us in rupees. On an indent you buy from the overseas manufacturer and pay them through your bank, while we act as the local agent.
You open the LC through your bank in favour of the principal. You or your clearing agent clear the goods through customs when they arrive. We coordinate the documents with the principal.
The principal pays us a commission, agreed in advance. You pay the principal's price on the proforma invoice.
We'd like to hear from you. Send your company profile and catalogue through the enquiry form, and tell us which products you want to place in Pakistan.
